Traverton are an Ottawa-based duo formed in 2009 who are still actively recording.

Enough For One Day is considered a compilation of "lost" songs tracked at different intervals before and between the official releases of March For Mercy and the 2010 Self-Titled album. Some of these songs appeared as alternate versions on later releases for different projects.
